1 - Do I remove both parts to my radio (CD and LCD screen) or is this head unit installed with the original factory units still in the car?
2 - Does this head unit operate on the original cars AUX input?
3 - The box came with two CAN BUS. (See photos attached). The connections in CAN BUS 2 photo do not fit my car. From your email it appears I only need the CAN BUS 1.?

- Orange circle connectors - to CD unit in car?
- Red circle connectors - to climate control connector next to gear shifter?
- Yellow circle connector - says “power cable” where does this connect to???

5 - Does the 360 view work as back up camera?
6 - See attached photos with red arrows. Do these connections stay connected? One of them is a fiber cable (orange wire)
I don’t have a lot of experience with installing head units so any help you can provide with the connections will be greatly appreciated.

NO, the original radio CD and LCD screen still keep and retain.

Yes, please switch the AUX input to get the audio sound.

Yes, you need the canbus 1.

These are connections for plugs.
The green plug is connected to the original car air conditioner plug. If the original car air conditioner plug is connected, you don't need to connect this green plug.

This is for the original car display. If you need to see the original car display, just connect it and put it in the right storage box.

YES. The green plug is connected to the original car air conditioner plug. If the original car air conditioner plug is connected, you don't need to connect this green plug.

YES, please connect it to our back of head unit power plug connections.
Based on the photos I sent of my head unit and display there is no place to connect the yellow circled connector.
Ok, Ok, In my question below, I understand now that I plug the “power cable” into the back of the Belsee head unit.
I was checking to see how the wiring harness fit and noticed that the green connector for the climate control does not fit my connector. My connector is larger. I’ve attached some photos. If I don’t connect this green plug will I still see climate control information on the screen?

Hello, the installation took me a while but I got it installed. I am having a few problems I wanted to ask you about.
1 - Unable to hear Siri or turn-by-turn- directions in Apple Maps.
2 - Temperature in climate control only shows “Lo” and “Hi”. It doesn’t show the numbers. Can this be fixed with an update?
3 - No sound when connected to Volvo head unit via AUX connection. I have been using the Volvo Bluetooth connection to hear sound. Sometimes the sound gets lost and I have to switch to the Volvo Radio and back to Media to reestablish the bluetooth connection with My Volvo Car and the sound returns.
4 - Is there an adapter available to plug the radio antenna from my Volvo head unit into the belsee head unit?

3.The sound must come out through the original car host. To play the sound of our head unit, you must switch to the original car AUX interface to make sound.
4. You can use the radio antenna like this one on our head unit.
This AUX cable connects to the back of our AUX audio cables.
The temperature number displays, I will upload software firmware to you update your system.
OK. I’ve connected the AUX connections and the all the sound problems seem to be fixed! Siri and Apple Maps directions working also. I updated firmware fixed temperature display. Thanks.
